Empire city Roasted duck restaurant in HongKong!

Empire City Roasted Duck is in the world first Art Mall “K11” in HongKong
The concept of this mall is “Eco and Art”.
Empire City Roasted Duck is a new style restaurant people pay attention to.

Empire City Roasted Duck restaurant offers an array of traditional Beijing cuisine.
Using the first-class Beijing duck,  the meat is incomparably tender.
Served with homemade sauce, you can experience the traditional taste of Beijing cuisine which surely mesmerizes your taste buds.
Empire City Roasted Duck restaurant carries out the smoked roasted duck  by using firewood.
In the open kitchen facing an entrance, there is an iron pot which roasts a duck and, fresh baked roasted ducks are displayed.

Basic design theme of this restaurant is a guesthouse in a forest.
We expressed two faces, ecological & gorgeous, in one space.
The space is divided into four areas.

The 1st area is the floor facing an entrance which is consisted of half-private room type box seats which are divided by the partition of the stone.
Partition is 1250 mm in height, and indirect illumination is embedded into the slit in the middle .
By this partition, this area can give both feelings of private and open.
Originally designed crystal chandelier  hanging from a ceiling shines fantastically,
guests can feel like  looking up at the starlit sky from the forest .
In the wall, the display shelf is embedded, and silver displays are given brightness to the space.

The 2nd area is a space which is a drawing room of a guesthouse enclosed  by screen of firewood.
This area is constituted of the the grand scale crystal chandelier and fireplace  protected by the smoked glass.
The fireplace is expressed by the effect of lighting, and real firewoods are displayed.
The very elegant and gorgeous chandelier commanded from the screen of firewood shines brilliantly.

The 3rd area is  constituted of the round table which can overlook bustle of street  “Tsim Sha Tsui” in HongKong.
It can be used as  three single rooms  divided by the curtain of organdy.
Standing clear glass before the surface of a wall made of natural stones creates clearness and depth in the space.
Originally designed crystal chandeliers  also used in this room add colorings to the space.

The 4th area is a VIP room completely secured from other rooms.
The digital pattern carved into the wood is the originally made by imaging the forest.
This pattern is one of the important elements  to express ecological & gorgeous which are the theme of this restaurant.

The flooring  is constituted of three different materials depending on each area; limestone, carpet, and flooring.
A special pattern incorporated into the carpet is made out of the imagination of branch of the trees in forest.
The natural stone sumptuously used on the surface of a wall is constituted of four  kinds of stones with different thickness.
The surface of  the stone wall which tends to  give cold image is expressed as warm atmosphere by sticking color range stones at random.
Natural firewood  is used as the screen to divide the space.
About a lighting plan, all the instruments -spotlight, indirect illumination, and a chandelier- are planned by LED, and energy saving is practiced.
